DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: We require a £10 per person deposit within 14 days of booking and full pre-payment is required by Friday 27th October; please note that pre-payments and deposits are non-refundable; all prices are inclusive of vat at the standard rate.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Alternative menu options are available on request for any of your party who have special dietary requirements; please advise us in advance; (v) Denotes suitable for vegetarians. Please inform your Event Co-ordinator if you or any member of your party suffer from any food allergies so that the appropriate information can be provided to you for each dish.
DRESS CODE: We ask that smart party dress is worn for all of our Christmas events; no jeans or trainers.
SERVICE CHARGE: Please note we do not add a gratuity to your bill. All gratuities are at your discretion and are passed directly to the team members, which are supplementary to their salaries.
ACCOMMODATION: All prices are valid at the time of going to print; are applicable to standard rooms and are subject to availability; supplements will apply for executive accommodation.
