Kew Gardens will be one of the most magical places to be this Christmas with the return of their after-dark winter trail. The enchanting trail full of glowing light installations is now in its eighth year and although you’ll find old favourites such as the sparkling Tunnel of Light (pictured), this year takes a new route, leading you for the first time through the beautifully illuminated Rose Garden.
What better time to visit the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world than when it is dressed for Christmas? Admire the magnificent 20-foot-high tree taken from Windsor Great Park, located in the beautiful St George’s Hall. Little ones will be entertained with festive storytelling and craft activities every Saturday in December.
