Kew Gardens will be one of the most magical places to be this Christmas with the return of their after-dark winter trail. The enchanting trail full of glowing light installations is now in its eighth year and although you’ll find old favourites such as the sparkling Tunnel of Light (pictured), this year takes a new route, leading you for the first time through the beautifully illuminated Rose Garden.

Admire the magnificent 20-foot-high tree taken from Windsor Great Park, located in the beautiful St George’s Hall. From traditional mulled wine, to our spiced mulled cider or an indulgent Winter Pimms cup, we can’t think of a better way to warm up after a stroll along the river whilst cosying up by the fire in our Lounge.

LaplandUK has recreated Santa’s magical homeland in Whitmore Forest, Ascot, just 15 minutes from The Runnymede on Thames. Wander through snowy landscapes, see Santa’s reindeer and visit elves busy in their workshop. Discover a collection of interactive activities during this 4-hour experience and, of course, meet Father Christmas.
