Up to 120 guests
The only suite with views overlooking Bell Weir Lock and the Thames, complete with a private terrace and lawn, host your meeting or event against a unique, stunning backdrop.
Boasting stunning views of the River Thames and with a private terrace and lawn for your exclusive use, you can pop outside for a coffee break or utilise the outdoor space for team-building activities or reception drinks. Suitable for large groups, our Riverside Suite can hold up to 120 people, or for something smaller, it can be split into three separate spaces and set up for the likes of formal dinners and dances, receptions, theatres and much more.
Up to 350 guests
Offering flexible spaces with natural daylight, fresh air and a neutral colour scheme, our Grand Union Suite is perfect both for meetings and events alike.
Our naturally bright and airy Grand Union Suite can accommodate up to 350 individuals when all spaces are combined. It can also be split into three smaller spaces, each of which promising high ceilings, no pillars or obstructions and (with the exception of Grand Union 1) access to the great outdoors. With the interiors deliberately decorated with neutral colours, it provides convenience when designing an event with a particular colour scheme in mind.
Up to 50 guests
Our Mallard suites are the brightest of all our meeting and event spaces, with four sets of double doors that lead out onto a balcony.
We have two Mallard suites which, when combined, allows for a maximum capacity of 50 people – perfect for a small, informal reception. Both spaces have natural light and access to a balcony where you can enjoy a quick coffee break. Alternatively, these spaces can be used separately as meeting rooms for small groups of 12, with an interactive whiteboard in Mallard 1 and an LCD screen in Mallard 2.
