Delegate Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is subject to availability, is valid for new bookings only and the ‘Delegate Offer’ must be mentioned at the time of booking.
2. Offer is valid for rooms booked on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night until 22nd December 2019. If your stay includes days of the week not mentioned the 10% discount will only be applied to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening of your stay.
3. This offer cannot be used when booking any of our Advance Purchase rates, our Three for Two offer or any rates associated with functions or weddings at the hotel.
4. A valid ‘Delegate Offer’ coaster must be presented on check-in, in order to qualify for the 10% discount.
5. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel, bookings made via a 3rd party do not qualify for this offer.
6. The 10% discount will be applied to your total bill on departure.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and The Runnymede on Thames reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time if circumstances outside its control make this unavoidable. Any amendments will be explained at the top of these terms and conditions.
