Conquer the Tower

This new experience at Windsor Castle is running for a limited time only, so book tickets for the bank holiday weekend while you still can! You’ll be able to climb the 200 steps to the top of the castle’s iconic Round Tower, enjoying an insider’s perspective of the tower as well as amazing views over the castle grounds and beyond once you reach the top.

Fly with the Red Arrows

Spend some time at Brooklands Museum over the bank holiday weekend and be wowed by the British history of innovation in aviation and motor sports. You can also fly with the RAF Red Arrows in the museum’s 4D theatre and book a tour aboard a real Concorde.

Check out our gin menu in the Lounge at The Runnymede for some quirky concoctions. Opt for anything from Spirit of the Forest – with Kokoro gin, Fever-Tree elderflower tonic water and a pink grapefruit wheel, to Aperitivo Campestre – with Gin Mare, Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water with orange and rosemary. Wander along the Thames Path from The Runnymede and visit a whole host of Magna Carta monuments in our historic neck of the woods. From the Magna Carta Monument itself to the latest installation, Writ in Water by the Turner Prize winning Mark Wallinger, soak up the feeling of being in the heart of Magna Carta country.

Rita Ora Live after Racing

Taking place on Saturday 24th August, have a flutter at the horse races at Royal Windsor Racecourse, followed by a live performance by Rita Ora. There are still some tickets remaining – but they’re likely to sell out soon!

Egham Royal Show

Taking place on the Saturday and Sunday of the bank holiday weekend, Egham Royal Show promises a fun day out filled with all things horticulture and agriculture. With a vintage car display, steam engines and a dog show too, there’s plenty going on to spark your interest.
