2.Christmas at Kew Gardens

The mile-long illuminated Christmas trail at Kew Gardens will still be in full swing in between Christmas and New Year. From the Tunnel of Light to laser light shows, this is a magical spectacle at one of the most famous botanical gardens in the world.

3.Ice Skating at Windsor

With indoor and outdoor ice skating rinks, a real ice bar and an array of warming food, Twixmas is the ideal time to enjoy this perfectly festive pastime at Windsor on Ice. It’s something people of all ages can’t help but enjoy.

4.Christmas walks

The festivities of Christmas Day and Boxing Day keep many of us indoors, so Twixmas is perfect for wrapping up warm and enjoying a brisk walk. The riverside is ideal for this at The Runnymede, taking you all the way up to the Magna Carta monuments. The history walking tour around Windsor is also a fascinating way to spend some time.

5.LEGOLAND® Windsor

Theme parks are usually closed at this time of year, but LEGOLAND® Windsor will have a selection of rides open during Twixmas for the first time ever. All the special Christmas attractions will be open as well as the main rides – making this an extra special visit for families who didn’t have time to go earlier in December.

6.Carriage ride through Windsor Great Park

An ideal activity for the crisp winter weather, snuggle under lap blankets while you enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn carriage through the immense Windsor Great Park. Soak up the immaculate views, spot the deer and catch a glimpse of Windsor Castle!

7.The Spa at The Runnymede

Being on-the-go for most of December can leave us feeling exhausted by the time Christmas has been and gone. Take the chance to relax, unwind and feel re-invigorated with a visit to our spa. Our indulgent treatments and award-winning facilities will have you feeling as good as new in no time.
