We have a very wide choice of classes available in our fitness centre at The Spa. Work on your strength, mobility and flexibility with pilates and yoga classes, or opt for an intensive cardio session with circuits or box-a-blast. Water fit or one of our dance fitness classes, such as Zumba, offer fun and alternative workouts.
The gym offers views across the River Thames, so why not spend a little extra time working out on our top-of-the-range Technogym equipment. Our personal trainers will always be on hand to help.
