Warner Leisure Hotels Competition

Bourne Holidays Limited (01854900), 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4YL (“Warner”). 

1. Warner Leisure Hotels will offer a prize draw on The Runnymede website inviting entrants to complete the form and enter into the prize draw.  
2. Entrants are bound by these T&Cs.  
3. The prize draw opens from 29th November to 31st December 2022. 
4. Warner reserves the right to amend or alter these T&Cs without giving any notice prior to or after the amendments are made. 
5. Warner reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time without giving any notice.  

The prize draw can be entered by completing and submitting the entry form set out on the website. Respondents must provide a valid email address that they agree to be contacted through if they win.

1. Entries must not contain material that:

• is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, derogatory or anything similar;
• promotes irresponsible or excessive drinking; or 
• may promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or that may promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. 

2. Entries are limited to one per person per prize draw. 

3. Warner is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical failures of any kind or any unauthorised intervention in any part of the entry process, not for any technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of the prize draws or the processing of entries. 

1. The prize draws are open to all residents in the UK aged 21 years and over, except: 

• employees of Warner and its holding or subsidiary companies; 
• employees of any business involved or associated with the prize draw; 
• employees of any of Warner’s agencies and any of their parent and/or affiliate companies; and 
• members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of any employee outlined in clause 4(a)(i)-(iii) above. 

2. Warner reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility. 

1. One (1) ‘three-night dinner, bed and breakfast break for two guests in a Standard Room’ at Studley Castle, staying in 2023. Prize excludes Star Breaks, Headliners, Festivals, and Christmas and New Year breaks. For the avoidance of doubt, the cost of travel to Studley Castle, lunch and drinks are not included in this prize. 
2. The prize is subject to availability. Further, the prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. 
3. Warner reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or greater value. 

1. On the 31st December 2022 one (1) winner from the prize draw will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted while the prize draw is live. The winner will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. Each survey response will have a unique id number.
2. The completion period of the survey is 29th November to 31st December 2022. 
3. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity associated with a prize draw. 
4. Winners will be contacted by email from Warner Leisure asking them to reply by email with the name, address and phone number. Warner Leisure will then contact the winner by phone to confirm they have won and confirm their name and address. 
5. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the details on entry. However, if a response has not been received within 48 hours, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, Warner reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.

1. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: 

• all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event legal fees; and 
• under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages otherwise increased. 

2. Subject to 7(1), and subject to any liability resulting from its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, Warner’s liability for claims relating to a prize draw is limited to £3,000

3. To the extent permitted by law, Warner is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant’s participation in the prize draw or from any prize. 

1. By entering a prize draw, entrants hereby assign to Warner the complete copyright and all intellectual property rights whatsoever in any material which arises out of or is in connection with a prize draw. All content will become the property of Warner to redistribute across digital, social media and print channels. 
2. Entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted and/or distributed will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. 
3. Entrants will not be entitled to any compensation should any similar ideas or concepts be submitted, and Warner will not enter any such discussions. 

1. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and Warner’s privacy policy which can be found at https://www.warnerleisurehotels.co.uk/company/privacy-policy. 

1. In the event of any dispute regarding the prize draw, the decision of Warner is final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered. 
2. Warner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these T&Cs. Warner also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the prize draw or to be acting in violation of these T&Cs or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 
3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Warner reserves the right to seek damages from any such person. 
4. Warner’s failure to enforce any of these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver. 
5. Entrants hereby warrant that: 

• all information submitted is true and complete; and 
• all information submitted is personal and relates specifically to the entrant. 

1. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
