You don’t have to be a member or hotel guest to enjoy a treatment or spa day with us.
Your day spa experience comprises a wonderful treatment and full use of our indoor spa facilities and dependent on your choice, lunch and refreshments in The Garden Room. Our outdoor pool is subject to an additional surcharge and subject to availability and weather conditions*.

Our Spa Pamper days at our Surrey Spa are available Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm, subject to availability. Please note, Spa Day Experiences are for adults only.

Forget your worries with this choice of deeply relaxing treatments; choose from either an advanced personalised facial, ESPA Mindful massage, ESPA aromatherapy face back & scalp treatment. Please note, there is an additional £5 charge for hot stone therapy.
Restful Sole
£240pp / 125 minute treatment
The famous Guinot Hydradermie facial and a Zenspa feet for all seasons pedicure.
Your half day experience in Surrey includes one of our wonderful treatments, refreshments as specified, and full use of our indoor spa facilities*.
Please note, half day experiences are for adults only, with the exception of 13-17 year olds on the Parent and Teen Pamper Experience.

Half Day Delight (4 hours)
£85 / 25 minute treatment
A choice of a back, neck and shoulder massage with or without hot stones, a refresher facial with or without hot stones, a salt and polish scrub, a file and varnish or an anti-tension scalp massage. You will also have access to our spa facilities for 4 hours, complimentary refreshments and a tray bake.
Please note, there is an additional £5 charge for hot stone therapy.
Available Monday – Thursday any 4 hours between 10-6pm and Friday mornings 10-2pm
Rest and Reset (4 hours)
£109 / 55 minute treatment
Enjoy a midweek pick-me-up with our Rest and Reset package. Choose from a 55 minute Espa Aromatherapy facial or 55 minute Guinot facial. You will also have access to our spa facilities for 4 hours, complimentary refreshments and a tray bake.
Available Monday – Thursday between 2-6pm/3-7pm and Friday mornings 10-2pm
Parent and Teen Pamper Experience
£200 / 40 minute treatment
Perfect for some quality time together, this pamper experience includes tray bake on arrival, 4 hours use of the spa facilities*, tea, coffee, juice and a 40 minute face, back and scalp treatment each. Price is for parent and teen.
*4 hours use of the spa facilities will be between 2-6pm (with treatments at 2pm) or 3-7pm (with treatments at 6pm)
Available between either 2pm-6pm or 3pm-7pm, Sunday – Thursday only. Add an additional person for £100 per person.
*The outdoor pool is open to hotel residents from Friday 8th May to Sunday 6th September 2020, subject to availability and weather conditions. Entrance for hotel residents is free to children under 12 daily and adults Sunday – Friday and for a small charge of £10 per adult on Saturdays.
