Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Several studies indicate that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.
Jean Peters has over 20 years’ experience in Reflexology and is qualified in many holistic therapies. She holds a medical degree and is a member of the Health Care Professional Council. Jean has worked at Datchet Medical Centre for 20 years running her own practice where she has built a strong clientele.

Osteopathy is a hands-on, drug-free system of healthcare with the core concept that your body’s function and its structures are two sides of the same coin. By working with the structures themselves – for example the bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves – and the relationships between them, osteopaths seek to identify, treat, remove and prevent barriers to your natural healing processes and allow you to rediscover natural, healthy function. Osteopaths aid with a wide range of conditions, including joint and arthritic pains, circulatory and digestive problems and several types of headache including tension headaches and migraines.
Ian has been an osteopath since 2014, graduating with a First Class Masters in Osteopathic Medicine from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine. He has established 4 thriving clinics in London and the South East, where he continues to practice. He is also a certified practitioner in Kinesio Taping and Western medical acupuncture, has practiced tai chi and chi kung for more than 20 years, and has a particular interest in the overlap between osteopathy and other practical, mindful approaches to wellbeing such as yoga, Pilates and tai chi itself. Ian is passionate about his work and loves helping people solve their real-life problems, rediscover natural healthy function, and live their lives more fully.
