Keep fit in the comfort of your own home with our ‘Fitness Friday’ exercises. Today’s exercise is ‘alternating arm and leg raises’ demonstrated by Scott one of our Fitness Consultants.
1. Lie flat on your back with your legs stretched out in front you.
2. Raise your right leg so that it is straight. Simultaneously raise your left arm so that it is straight overhead.
3. Now lower the arm and leg and repeat on the opposite side.
