Fitness Friday exercises
Exercises created by our gym instructors for you to do at home
Our first exercise is ‘Press up to Mountain Climbers’ demonstrated by Jonathan one of our fitness instructors.
1. Start in a press up position, arms straight and body in a straight line.
2. Bending at the elbows, bring chest and hips down to the floor
3. Return to starting position, and bring alternate knees into chest
