Combat dehydration 

Unless you’re headed for sunnier climes, long gone are the days of balmy summer evenings. Outside, brisk walks lead to wind chap and inside, central heating circulates dry, warm air, both of which dehydrate your skin. In order to restore lost moisture, ensure that you’re still maintaining your daily water intake as well as replenishing from the outside in, in the form of skincare. Boost your immunity

Parents will already be all too aware of the plight of winter lurgies – colds, flu and bugs. Aside from the obvious – reducing the spread through tip-top hygiene – boost your own immunity as best you can. Keep up the SPF

With temperatures plummeting, you might be inclined to pack away the SPF until next summer. For the sake of your skin – don’t!! Even in autumn and winter, harmful UV light can still stress your skin’s moisture barrier, which is vital for maintaining skin health and hydration.
