Thanks to our pretty riverside location, you can incorporate time cruising down the river… a drinks reception for 12 or 150… a whole evening's cruise up to Windsor Castle with live music and a fabulous buffet… or have a BBQ on our riverside terrace and enjoy the stunning views of the Thames, trees and boats.

There's a choice of two really beautiful function rooms for your wedding reception with terraces and balconies. Both offer you all the mod cons and air conditioning, as well as plenty of natural daylight and balconies and terraces for drinks receptions or just to take your party outside.

The Grand Union Suite
Sweep up the driveway, walk up your red carpet and through your own exclusive entrance where your guests will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. The Grand Union Suite is licensed for up to 140 people for a civil ceremony and accommodates up to 250 for the wedding reception. There's plenty of space to relax and move around: a balcony where you can step outside with drinks, private lawn for a drinks reception, a private bar and lounge adjacent to the suite There's an inlaid dance floor, a full audio-visual and PA system so you can project your own videos, music and photos. Staging is available so you can jazz up the evening with live entertainment. Your private area comes complete with your own exclusive bar, toilets and the Mooring - this is a wonderful space where children can play on the table football, pacman, playstation 3 and watch TV and movies.

Function room capacity: 250 people with the dance floor. The finishing time is 1am Monday to Saturday and 11.30pm on Sundays.

The Riverside Suite
Enjoy your wedding reception right on the banks of the Thames! The spectacular views from the riverside suite get even better when you're outside on the terrace - you can even see boats navigating their way through Bell Weir Lock!

This very flexible space offers you many options... host a drinks reception in the suite or on the terrace or in our lounge or The Lock… enjoy a BBQ outside in the evening… a formal sit down meal or informal buffet… there's a bar inside the suite keeping the whole party together… a dance floor that can be located anywhere in the suite so you can boogie the night away, For your comfort, there's air conditioning too.

Function room capacity: 80 people for a buffet or 100 for a sit down meal with dancing. The finishing time is midnight Monday to Saturday and 11.30pm on Sundays.

Last but not least, there are numerous picture perfect beauty spots for your wedding photography beside the river and in our orchard… or anywhere you like!
