Our produce is carefully sourced; organic salmon from the
Shetlands, fish and shellfish delivered daily from our fishmonger
in Brixham, free range eggs from Hollacombe Farm in North Devon and
Aberdeen Angus beef from Scotland. Mario, our local market
gardener, grows our salads, spinach, tomatoes and rocket, and also
imports fruit and vegetables from his extended family in
Sicily.
