cocktail masterclasses

learn how to make the perfect cocktail or two!

Making real cocktails is a real art, don’t be fooled into thinking that it is just about throwing some spirits into a cocktail shaker and rattling it madly over your head! There is a little bit more skill involved and we are aiming to teach you some of the basics in an informal and interactive manner with our new Cocktail Masterclasses.

Guiding you through the evening will be our skilled bartenders who bring with them a wealth of experience they have gained whilst working at some the finest hotel bars in Central London housed in One Aldwych, The Savoy and the Berkeley.

Each Cocktail Masterclass will vary in content and will be based around a specific primary spirit. Throughout the class there will be an opportunity to taste the ingredients and of course the final product!

 


The class will be followed by a two course dinner in Leftbank when you can talk about what you have learnt with your other mixoligists!

The evening is priced at £35 per person to include a cocktail on arrival, the Masterclass with its various tastings and samplings and a two course dinner.*
