There’s something incredibly chilled and relaxing about incorporating a boat trip or BBQ on the riverbank into your event. Conversation bubbles along… the networking is free-flowing… team tensions are soothed and smoothed over as people re-engage as people and not just colleagues… there’s a sense of escape and adventure. It changes the whole tone and efficacy of your event.

Messing about on the River Thames

Host a meeting or brainstorming session for 12 on a boat… or a drinks reception for 60… or reward key staff with a day trip during a weekend conference. Thames riverboat cruises can be as long as you want. We can arrange anything from a serious day’s sightseeing cruising downstream to Hampton Court Palace or upstream to Windsor, to a few hours drifting along enjoying the wind in the willows.

We’ll sort out the catering, entertainment and anything else you need. Embarking and disembarking is easy, thanks to our own private mooring on the River Thames.

Cooking up a BBQ in Surrey

Picture the scene. Your delegates have been working hard all day and now they’re standing around in the fresh air, tucking into gorgeous grills freshly served up from the BBQ. It’s a fantastic informal end to your day together - or a great ice-breaker at lunchtime. We can serve up a BBQ on our terraces beside the riverbank and from May 2010 there’s the seamless option of hosting your event in the riverside suite then walking outside to enjoy your BBQ together.
