Weekend conferences

Why not mix business with pleasure? The Runnymede will be happy to arrange and offer excellent rates for weekend conferences, providing the ideal opportunity to combine work and play by taking advantage of the River Thames, local attractions and our range of leisure facilities. This flexibility extends to weekend meetings, when the hotel will organise separate programmes for the partners of delegates attending.  These may include riverboat trips, sightseeing, health and beauty packages or a shopping trip to London.

Inclusive conference rates are offered as an aid to meeting exact budget requirements on the following terms:
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, room hire is exempt of VAT.
It is not our policy to implement service charges, our guests may reward exceptional service at their discretion.
We request that delegates vacate their rooms by 11.00am on their morning of departure.
Cancellation of a function is subject to company policy, please see the terms and conditions in your confirmation.
Meeting rooms are usually available: 08.00 – 18.00 hours.
Bedroom syndicates are available: 10.30-17.30 hours.
