As the focal point of the Spa this magnificent
18m x 9m pool is designed to accommodate both dedicated swimmers and those who prefer more gentle exercise in a safe environment.
Our poolside relaxation area features, a sauna, eucalyptus steam room and whirlpool bath.

Non-swimmers and swimmers take one look at our glorious pool and can't wait to get started. To encourage them, we have qualified swimming instructors available for lessons.

Our recently refurbished gymnasium is equipped with the latest Technogym equipment that has integrated television screens and radio so you can choose what you watch and listen to whilst you exercise. The gym is fully supervised by friendly, trained fitness consultants, who are at hand to assist you and provide a safe, motivational environment. If you require extra motivation and advice, personal training sessions can be booked which will be carried out to your specific needs and requirements.

From gentle yoga to aggressive Ab attack, classes are for all levels of exertion and fitness.
